I had amazing time here.

I appreciated this pleasant and wonderful place, stayed there for 2 nights. I booked a newly decorated room with coffee/tea making equipment, a work desk, and television, it was silent too.

The location was incredible, just a short walk away from Place Charles-Iii. The classic quadruple room room was included with colourful decoration as well as an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was courteous when we had questions.

The staff was pleasant and consistently courteous, and with great personal attitude. The location of the hotel was great and fantastic - a 10-15 minute walk from a large pedestrianised square.

I came here for 2 nights and had a really comfortable stay. Enjoyed the place, it was charming and worked for me. The staff was courteous and welcoming, offered good services. The breakfasts were great with good coffee, jams, cheeses, couldn’t ask for anything better.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Great breakfast to start the day with excellent croissants, jams, good coffee. Location close enough to the old town and restaurants, and the beautiful city park and Place Stanislas. Good service and great value.

The location of this hotel near the historic district, the splendid Church of Saint-François-des-Cordeliers, and the beautiful city park was marvellous. I booked practical classic twin room here with an extremely comfortable bed, nice design, for example.

That service was missing.

The room was always kept very clean and available with an extremely comfortable bed as well as fridge. It was decorated in the colourful design. The location offered was magnificent so close to old Nancy, the historic centre of Nancy and the major attractions;))

The location to a major shopping mall where we could replace the bag was marvellous and fantastic for us. The room we had included coffee/tea making equipment, a work desk and television.

We stayed in a charming 18th century mansion, located in the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Place Stanislas. The standard double room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a lovely courtyard where we could relax. the location and ambiance of the hotel made our stay truly memorable.

The Wi-Fi connection in our room was unreliable, causing some inconvenience during our stay.

Unbelieviable Location, excellent!!!

I loved the peace, the style, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the excellent value for money, the standard of comfort and facilities throughout the hotel. The room I had lacked nothing. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone and I would love to stay there again anytime.

Hard to think of anything.

It was the third time that we stayed at this hotel, and we always come back because of the good location and the charm of the building, with its majestic stone stairways and the way the charm of this old time "palace" has been kept.

The only minus this time, was the noice of the wooden floor in our room. We couldn't have one step in our room without having some "cracking" noice.
